Time is one of our most valuable resources. Are you managing this resource as effectively as you might? Our need for time management skills increases both when our days become fuller and also when we are in a slow time. Make sure you have the tools at hand to work productively in your business. In this workshop you will learn different ways of looking at the issue of time management and you will learn how to assess your own time management needs. We will examine a number of different time management techniques and the tools needed to implement them, putting you in the position to adapt a system that will work best for you in your business. We will also examine the issue of procrastination...what it is, why we do it and how we can manage procrastination effectively to serve our businesses (and ourselves!) well.$110.00 + HST
