This course is designed to assist both the entrepreneur and the manager in you. Often with ‘back to school’ energy in the fall, we naturally want to revisit our business goals, see what was accomplished in the previous time period and set our sights on what we want to achieve in the coming one. As the entrepreneur you must come up with the vision and the direction that dictates how the business should move forward. It is one thing, however, to know where we are headed; it is another to make sure short term goals are actually achieved. This is where the manager must learn how to set not only the traditional “SMART” goals but the smartEST goals, thereby making it much more likely that they will be accomplished.
